Answer:
It keeps charging, even in true cloudy weather, where it only read 1W at times….it still seemed to charge faster somehow, judging by time it took an hour to rise 17W. It was down to 930W…the Jackery1000. So it read 1-2W but charged as though 17W came in. Can’t explain, maybe Jackery knows.
