Like that this backpack chair was light and folded up into a small package. Got this for BikePacking and believe it will work fine. Have assembled and unassembled and every time It gets easier and faster. It sits about 13 inches off the ground for legs and isn’t as hard to get out of after a hard day of riding.

I purchased this to carry on the back of my bike for when I go to the park to an event. It’s sturdy and goes back easily into the bag once you figure out how to fold it back up. Pay close attention to the video they have posted and watch for when he folds this particular chair. I was going to return this until I watched the video closely. Once you do it it becomes easy to fold.

This chair is lightweight, makes a very small package, can be assembled and disassembled in a minute. When I was young, I would find carrying it ridiculous — if you need to sit down during a hike, you can sit on a grass, on a stone or a log etc. But once joints lack youthful perfection, this chair makes a huge difference, it provides comfort that you really need.

Took this on a trip that required miles of canoeing and backing to get to the first camp site. The chair held up well during the journey (in dry bags). Two other people had similar chairs but one person didn’t. He had a tripod without a back. When we were sitting around the fire he was always trying to talk someone else out of their chair with a back on it.
The camp site had a lot of granite stones so the ground was uneven. The chair held up well to occasional shifting caused by the rock. After a week of wilderness camping the chair is basically in the same condition as new. Held up well under my 220lbs.3 people found this helpful

LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU CAN PACK IT BACK IN THE BAG EVEN WITH THE FEET ON. THEY WERE A LITTLE HARD TO GET SNAPPED ON SO WE LEAVE OURS ON. THE CHAIR ASSEMBLES QUICK AND EASY, POP-UP STYLE WITH BUNGIES INSIDE THE FRAME PARTS. LOVE THE CHAIR!
